Quit Smoking

If you are a smoker, there is a good chance that you have received tips to quit smoking from all of your friends and family at one point or another. Most of these tips are passed on by people who have quit smoking for a month or two and will be smoking again in time. Here's a tip that will truly help you stay away from cigarettes for good: try all-natural Nicocure patches.

Instead of using nicotine, like most other products on the market, Nicocure patches employ an effective homeopathic formula to remove your desire to smoke. Natural herbs and extracts like Lobelia Inflata work quickly as expectorants for the lungs and they alter the taste of tobacco products, too. Even if you attempt to smoke while using our patches, the experience will be an unpleasant one, making it easy to drop that smoking habit once and for all.

How to Use Our Patches

To get started on our all-natural quit smoking program, you simply place one of our patches on a relatively hair-free part of your body. You wear the patch for 24 hours, and then you replace it with another. You should find that after only 10 days of wearing the patches, your cravings have almost completely disappeared. However, you should continue with the program for a full 30 days to ensure success.

If you are unhappy with the results you are seeing with our patches after 20 days, you can return the remainder of the product and you will receive a full refund. We are able to give this guarantee because we know our product works. The majority of quit smoking products on the market enjoy a success rate of 20 percent. Our patches are successful 97 percent of the time, and they can help you be successful, too.

How Does the Law of Attraction Work?

Awakening to Purpose Grads Talk

The Law of Attraction is becoming more and more known by more and more people. The biggest reason for this is probably the popularity of the movie “The Secret” which has been seen by lots of people.

The movie is the great introduction to the knowledge of the Law of Attraction, but unfortunately there is a lot of misunderstanding about how the Law of Attraction works. Many people think that they must think about what they want, visualize it and that their thoughts influence the energy and what they want will manifest.

Your Thoughts Have the Power to Attract

Over 247 Techniques For Achieving Your Goals

If you start analyzing the things around you, you will come to the conclusion that everything is energy. The whole Universe is made of energy. This energy manifests in different ways and it is moving and constantly changing with different speeds.

If you look at living things, they are created, they grow, they produce other living things, they decline and ultimately they die. But actually nothing is really created. The energy always exists. Something that “existed” changed into something that “is” now. The energy is the same.

Manifestation and Meditation

Of course theoretical knowledge is not what we want. We want the results. Unfortunately we attract not only good things, but also bad things. That’s why we must be careful about what we think. Positive thoughts bring good things into our lives and negative thoughts bring bad things into our lives.

Find Happiness

I first became aware of Manifestation Portal when I read "Manifesting Mindset". The book opened my eyes to the Science of Manifestation and the knowledge of the Law of Attraction.

Apart of learning of the above I found also that because of Manifestation Portal instead of having to endlessly surf the internet to find the best of the best in effective self-improvement, I can find audios, videos, documentaries, pdf’s, articles, and even computer software: all designed to easily improve my finances, health, figure, business, attitude and even love life, in one place.

I have been visiting this site for several months now and I am fascinated with the easy, sensible and even logical approaches to getting what you want. It’s amazing, but so many things that I have been taught will make us successful and happy, are actually just the opposite of what we need to do to be emotionally, physically and financially successful.

Give this site a try. What have you got to lose, except your repetitively negative and non-productive thoughts? Learn to think about and concentrate on the right things….and new doors will easily open. I'm really impressed with what this site offers. If you want to improve your life in any way go to Manifrestation Portal

Guard Your Mind

By: Michael Puskas

The more I consider the power of thought, the more amazed I become. God has given us a powerful tool to shape our destiny and this tool is our mind. To me, it is sad that most people do not have a clue as to how to use it. They simply let the stimuli of the environment dictate what happens in their lives. In other words, their environment controls what they think. And what they think is manifested by how they live.

The Success Principles: Take Action

Many people spend time analyzing, planning and organizing but they fail to take action. Successful people also do these things, but they always take action. They are very eager to take action.

When I take action things start happen. I have observed that I learn much more quickly while I am in action. Things become clear. The next steps become obvious.
The point is: “To be successful, you have to do what successful people do, and successful people are highly action-oriented”.

There is no point in being too cautious, because even if I make some mistakes I can learn from them, and can still achieve my goals. If I do not take action because I am too careful or afraid, I will not reach my goals anyway. Taking action brings satisfaction, too.

Stop Struggling to Attract What You Want

By: Chrisanthia Pierre

Are you struggling to attract what you want? If you are, then you must understand one of the most important keys to the attraction process. That key is your ability to maintain a clear and strong razor link focus on what you do want.

Do you ever recall attending a great work shop or reading a good book and feeling over joyed and inspired to apply all that you learned? Only it was not so easy and shortly after leaving that workshop or putting that book down you forgot everything. All of your great intentions go unrealized year after year as your daily routine becomes a parasite to your real desires. Everyone has experienced this frustration and most will never learn how to change this to begin attracting what they deeply desire.

Impossible is Just a Word

Everyone, at some point of his or her life, has dreamed of being somebody special, somebody big. Who hasn't fantasized about being the one who hits the game-winning homer? Who hasn't dreamed of being the homecoming queen? And how many times have we dreamed of being rich, or successful, or happy with our relationships?

Often, we dream big dreams and have great aspirations. Unfortunately, our dreams remain just that – dreams. And our aspirations easily collect dust in our attic.

This is a sad turn of events in our life. Instead of experiencing exciting adventures in self actualization, we get caught up in the humdrum of living from day-to-day just barely existing.

But you know what? Life could be so much better, if only we learned to aim higher.

The most common problem to setting goals is the word impossible. Most people get hung up thinking I can't do this. It's too hard. It's too impossible. No one can do this.

However, if everyone thought that, there would be no inventions, no innovations, and no breakthroughs in human accomplishment.

Remember that scientists were baffled when they took a look at the humble bumblebee. Theoretically, they said, it was impossible for the bumblebee to fly. Unfortunately for the bumble, bee no one has told it so. So fly it does.

On the other hand, some people suffer from dreaming totally outrageous dreams and not acting on them. The result? Broken dreams, and tattered aspirations.

If you limit yourself with self-doubt, and self-limiting assumptions, you will never be able to break past what you deem impossible. If you reach too far out into the sky without working towards your goal, you will find yourself clinging on to the impossible dream.

Try this exercise. Take a piece of paper and write down some goals in your life. Under one header, list down things ‘you know you can do’. Under another header, write the things ‘you might be able to do.’ And under one more, list the things that that are ‘impossible for you to do.’

Now look at all the headers strive every day to accomplish the goals that are under things ‘you know you can do’. Check them when you are able to accomplish them. As you slowly are able to check all of your goals under that heading, try accomplishing the goals under the other header-the one that reads ‘you might be able to do.’

As of the items you wrote under things I could do are accomplished, you can move the goals that are under things that are ‘impossible for you to do’ to the list of things ‘you might be able to do.’

As you iterate through this process, you will find out that the goals you thought were impossible become easier to accomplish. And the impossible begin to seem possible after all.

You see, the technique here is not to limit your imagination. It is to aim high, and start working towards that goal little by little. However, it also is unwise to set a goal that is truly unrealistic.

Those who just dream towards a goal without working hard end up disappointed and disillusioned.

On the other hand, if you told someone a hundred years ago that it was possible for man to be on the moon, they would laugh at you. If you had told them that you could send mail from here to the other side of the world in a few seconds, they would say you were out of your mind. But, through sheer desire and perseverance, these impossible dreams are now realities.

Thomas Edison once said that genius is 1% inspiration and 99% perspiration. Nothing could be truer. For one to accomplish his or her dreams, there has to be had work and discipline. But take note that that 1% has to be a think-big dream, and not some easily accomplished one.

Ask any gym rat and he or she will tell you that there can be no gains unless you are put out of your comfort zone. Remember the saying, “No pain, no gain”? That is as true as it can be.

So dream on, friend! Don’t get caught up with your perceived limitations. Think big and work hard to attain those dreams. As you step up the ladder of progress, you will just about find out that the impossible has just become a little bit more possible.

The Success Principles: See What You Want, Get What You See

I continue writing about Jack Canfield's Success Principles. Today's Principle is called: See What You Want, Get What You See

This principle is about visualization. Visualization is the act of creating compelling and vivid pictures in your mind.

Jack Canfield gives a scientific explanation for why visualization works. What is important for me: “Visualization simply makes the brain achieve more”. When I visualize my goals in my mind as already achieved, my subconscious mind will work to turn my visualizations into reality.

The author explains the process of visualization and gives a few examples to prove that visualization works. The process is quite simple. I need to close my eyes and see my goals as already achieved. To make the process more powerful I should add sounds, feelings and emotions to my pictures.

The emotions are the most important ingredient of visualization. We must enjoy the visualization. It can’t be a chore. Doing visualizations properly we feel happy doing it, and we are creating happy future.

Happy as You Want to Be

Almost everyone have heard the hit single 'Don't Worry, Be Happy' by Bobby McFerrin. The song has a very catchy way of conveying its message of being happy to everyone. Bobby Mcferiin's simple message surely made a lot of people by telling them not to worry.

Living a happy, resilient and optimistic life is wonderful, and is also good for your health. Being happy actually protects you from the stresses of life. Stress is linked to top causes of death such as heart disease, cancer and stroke.

One of the better things ever said is - 'The only thing in life that will always remain the same is change', and in our life we have the power to make the necessary changes if we want to. Even if we find ourselves in an unbearable situation we can always find solace in the knowledge that it too would change.

Social networks or relationships are essential to happiness. People are different, accept people for who or what they are, avoid clashes, constant arguments, and let go of all kinds of resentments. If arguments seem unavoidable still try and make an effort to understand the situation and you might just get along with well with

Happiness is actually found in everyone, increasing it is a way to make a life more wonderful and also more healthy.

To be happy is relatively easy, just decide to be a happy person. Abraham Lincoln observed that most people for most of the time can choose how happy or stressed, how relaxed or troubled, how bright or dull their outlook to be. The choice is simple really, choose to be happy.

There are several ways by which you can do this.

Being grateful is a great attitude. We have so much to be thankful for. Thank the taxi driver for bringing you home safely, thank the cook for a wonderful dinner and thank the guy who cleans your windows. Also thank the mailman for bringing you your mails, thank the policeman for making your place safe and thank God for being alive.

News is stressful. Get less of it. Some people just can't start their day without their daily dose of news. Try and think about it, 99% of the news we hear or read is bad news. Starting the day with bad news does not seem to be a sensible thing to do.

A religious connection is also recommended. Being part of a religious group with its singing, sacraments, chanting, prayers and meditations foster inner peace.

Manage your time. Time is invaluable and too important to waste. Time management can be viewed as a list of rules that involves scheduling, setting goals, planning, creating lists of things to do and prioritizing. These are the core basics of time management that should be understood to develop an efficient personal time management skill. These basic skills can be fine tuned further to include the finer points of each skill that can give you that extra reserve to make the results you desire.

Laugh and laugh heartily everyday. Heard a good joke? Tell your friends or family about it. As they also say -'Laughter is the best medicine'.

Zap Your Reality Challenge!

Express your feelings, affections, friendship and passion to people around you. They will most likely reciprocate your actions. Try not to keep pent up anger of frustrations, this is bad for your health. Instead find ways of expressing them in a way that will not cause more injury or hurt to anyone.

Working hard brings tremendous personal satisfaction. It gives a feeling of being competent in finishing our tasks. Accomplishments are necessary for all of us, they give us a sense of value. Work on things that you feel worthy of your time.

Learning is a joyful exercise. Try and learn something new everyday. Learning also makes us expand and broaden our horizons. And could also give us more opportunities in the future.

Run, jog, walk and do other things that your body was made for. Feel alive.

Avoid exposure to negative elements like loud noises, toxins and hazardous places.

These are the few simple things you can do everyday to be happy.

And always remember the quote from Abraham Lincoln, he says that, "Most people are about as happy as they make up their minds to be."

The Success Principles: Release the Brakes

I continue writing about Jack Canfield's Success Principles. Today's Principle is called: Release the Brakes

According to this principle, most people drive through life with their psychological brakes on. The brakes are negative images about themselves, inaccurate beliefs about reality, guilt and self-doubt.
These brakes cancel out people’s good intentions, no matter how hard they try.
Successful people release the brakes
All our unfounded beliefs are like prison. They don’t allow us to go out and reach our goals, so first we must get out of our self-imposed prisons. The author presents three methods for doing it. They are: a) affirmations and positive self-talk b) creating powerful and compelling new internal images of having, doing and creating what we want c) changing our behavior.

The Success Principles: Believe In Yourself

I continue writing about Jack Canfield's Success Principles. Today's Principle is called: Believe In Yourself.

Believe In Yourself

This principle is connected with the previous one. It says that I am able to achieve whatever my mind can conceive and believe, so I must believe in myself. If I want to create the great and successful life I desire, I must believe that I can make it happen. I have to believe that I have all the abilities, skills and inner resources to do it.

I need to choose to believe that I can achieve whatever I set my mind on. If I think that something is impossible to achieve, I will not do everything necessary to achieve it. If I believe that it is possible for me to achieve something, I will do everything necessary to achieve it.

To be successful I need to give up “I can’t”. My brain is able to solve any problems I give it and reach any goals I have, but my negative words and thoughts have a negative and limiting influence on my mind, so I give up all my negative thoughts and words.

Jack Canfield gives some examples which prove that belief in you is more important than knowledge, training or schooling. Quite a few very successful people dropped out of college.

The Success Principles: Believe it’s Possible

I continue writing about Jack Canfield's Success Principles. Today's Principle is called: Believe it’s Possible

According to this principle, we are able to achieve whatever our minds can conceive and believe. Jack Canfield explains why our brains work this way and gives some examples but the important conclusion for us is that we must replace all our negative expectations with positive ones, and then our minds will start working to accomplish the outcome we want.

People often do not reach their goals, not because they lack required skills, but because they don’t believe they can reach them.

Success Principles: Take 100% Responsibility for Your Life

Today I start posting my summary of "Success Principles"

I’ve learned about the success principles from Jack Canfield. In his book “The Success Principles”, Jack Canfield presents the sixty-four principles which, if learned and practiced, can help everyone to realize their goals.

The principles that he teaches are timeless. He did not invent them, but collected them from many successful people. He has learned and practiced them himself, and has presented them in his excellent book. He was able to present the great knowledge in a clear and easy to understand way.

I’ve chosen and briefly described the ten principles from Canfield’s book which I think are most important.

Today let's read about the first and in my opinion the most important principle:

Take100% Responsibility for Your Life

The first principle states that there is only one person who is 100% responsible for my life-it is me.

This is the first principle of success. If we want to be successful in life, we first have to take total responsibility for our lives. We’re responsible for all our successes and failures, health, relationships, financial situation, our feelings and everything else.

It is me who has created the life I am living now so I must take full responsibility for it. If I don’t take full responsibility, I can’t achieve things which are important to me and I can’t re-make my life.

To really take 100% responsibility for our lives, we must stop blaming others for our problems and failures. We have created our current situations by our thoughts and activities so there is no reason to blame anybody. We can blame only ourselves, but that is also useless because the past is the past; we can’t change it. But now we can create our future. We have always had the power to do it, but for different reasons we haven’t. Now we can do things differently and get the results we want. This is because of the rule: E+R=0(Event +Response=Outcome). The rule says that every outcome we experience in life (good or bad) is the result of how we responded to the previous events in our lives.

We can see that in the same situations people react differently. Some are successful, some are not. We can see that, by responding in a different way, we can get different results. That is why blaming events for our failures are pointless. We must change our responses to the events and then we can get the results we want. We don’t have control over a lot of the events in our lives, but we have control over our responses. We can change our thinking, our behavior, and our communication. We can also change our old habits into the new, better ones.

Jack Canfield states that “Everything you experience in life – both internally and externally – is the result of how you have responded to a previous event”. Everything I experience today is the result of the choices I have made in the past. I have control over three things in my life: my thoughts, my visualizations and my actions. So to change my life I need to change my thoughts, my visualizations and my actions to positive ones. If I keep my negative responses from the past I will keep getting the same negative results, so now is the time to stop complaining and blaming others for my bad results and take full responsibility for my life.

This principle is the prerequisite to a successful life. It is the basic principle. I personally started with this principle because without this principle I wouldn’t be able to implement the other principles.

Happiness Principles

I wanted to name this Blog "Success Principles" after the great book by Jack Canfield. Then I thought that what we really look for is happiness. We might want love, money or success, but what we really want is happiness.

I strongly believe that without self-improvement we can't achieve lasting happiness or success and the more we work on improving ourselves the happier and more successful we become.

I've heard about the law of probability from Jack Canfield. He said that the more valuable books we read, the more we listen about self-improvement, the bigger chance that we find the book or program that changes our lives for better.

In this blog I'll present different books, videos, courses and software that can help us on the way to happiness.
